Eric William Classey sat back in his chair and ruminated about the previous 92 years of life, from modest beginnings in Paddington, London, through setting up a world-reknowned specialist bookselling and publishing company, being presented to HM Queen Elizabeth II, and recognition as a leading authority on British butterflies and moths.
